After PDS confirms the drawings, it usually takes 5 to 7 working days to finish the sample production. The actual moment you receive the goods is influenced by things like how complex the design is, the surface treatment choices, and the logo customization details. If you already have the existing drawings, the whole cycle can be shortened. If you also require 3D design rendering, then another 1 to 2 working days will be needed.
Whether we should assemble it really depends on the type of our products. For the small countertop stands, we usually ship them already assembled. For the large floor-standing or multi-level display stands, we go for a disassembling design, mainly so we can cut down on the shipping volume and also lower the chance of bumps. No matter which route it is, we still give you clear installation instructions and all accessories, so you can finish the setup fast.
For every batch of stainless steel raw material of PDS, we can share the supplier’s material certificate with you. Also, we accept random checks by third-party organizations like SGS, and we are able to provide material test reports with CMA/CNAS qualification together with the goods. From the moment the raw material is kept in storage, all the way to the manufacturing of the stainless steel display stands, the grade of our stainless steel is traceable throughout the whole process.
